MusicBee 3.1.6466 won't start..

I don't know why, but MusicBee 3.1.6466 won't start on my computer.

Though if i re-install it, it will start for that time, though no times after that.

Is this a known problem, or is it something unique to me?

I just had a thought, the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update was released recently, would this be impacting on it?
