By default MB doesn't move or change files by itself. If it possible you enabled 'auto-organizing' from Library Preferences without understanding what it does?
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

When you say "add music in a playlist", what exact steps did you take?

also confirm you are actually using a playlist and not the folder browser panel (or computer node on the left navigator panel). I cant think of any circumstance files would be moved if you dragged a file into a playlist, but a file would be moved if you dragged it into a folder.
