Is there a way to define a time offset to start playing a podast AFTER the ad?

More and more podcasts providers are adding adds. For the ones I'm listening, it's at the very beginning of the episode only.
Is there a way with MB to define a period of time that would we skipped at the beginning of the episode when playing it? It would be defined at subscription level.

Or better, is there a way to REMOVE this period of time at the beginning of an episode when downloading it (LTRIM!), automagically?

This may be worth an enhancement request on the wishlist if not available.

But of course, won't do nothing if the ad is in the middle.
