How to send Monitored folders to specific tab based on their path?

Hi all,


I have arranged my files in folders based on their type

example all video files in the video folder, music files in the music folder

C:\videos
C:\music
C:\audiobooks

I set up musicbee to monitor these folders,

what I like to do is to let musicbee move the files while importing to their respective tabs instead of moving all to the inbox tab.


C:\videos --> video tab
C:\music ----> music tab
C:\audiobooks ---> audiobooks tab


Is there a way to customize each monitored folder?

Hi, welcome to the forum!

This isn't possible currently, but MusicBee should catch the videos anyway.  I think it will catch audiobooks if they have the itunes media type set, but it's been a while since I've tested that.
