All music files shown in the inbox but aren´t there

After a complete reinstall of musicbee the number of my musicfiles appeared beside inbox.
The files are in "music" but that number still stays there, even deleting the libary files (in my music and appdata) didn´t help.

Now I did for several reasons a complete new install of my OS (Windows 7 64bit) and naturally of musicbee too.
Strangely the number of my songs is still beside inbox.....
Everything of musicbee was deleted.
So I can´t use the inbox anymore.
Someone who has an idea?

Do I have to delete the libary or can I just overinstall it?

@edit: I think as it is a new version a clean install is recommended?
