Wrong picture that I can't ban

Whenever I play a specific artist there's some unrelated picture that shows up everytime. I can click next picture, but can't ban it. I know it's not important, but it annoys me and I want that picture banned and gone forever. It's a case of bands who share the same name. Any way to permanently ban a picture when the ban picture option is greyed out?
I was able to click "next picture" enough times for that picture to come back, I banned it, yet it comes back everytime a song from that band starts playing.

Sounds like the image may be on your hard drive. Check your "Artist Pictures" folder. You should be able to find it by using the Windows search feature.

Edit: Also, make sure you're using version 3.1, I think something like this was addressed a while back.

Thanks for reply. I'm 99.99% sure it's not on my hard drive as it is a picture of a band that shares the same name as the band, and the band there's a picture of is of 0 interest to me so I wouldn't download it. I have checked all folders I could find connected to the band it appears on and I couldn't find the picture. As for musicbee, I downloaded it only days ago from the official page so I should be good on that.

It sounds like you didn't actually check the folder I directed you to.

As for musicbee, I downloaded it only days ago from the official page so I should be good on that.

You may need the latest patch, the official homepage download does not include the latest patch.


You may also try clicking "next picture" until the offending image is displayed again, then ban it. You'll need to restart MB for the ban to take effect.
