Same file, multiple songs

I have a flac file that has multiple songs in it. It came with a .cue which MusicBee recognized and displays each individual song's information, but I can't pick one song from the bunch. When I click on any song title, all the songs belonging to that file are highlighted and it always starts from the beginning. What really gets me confused is that sometimes, randomly, I'm able to pick them individually. How do I fix this?

Use something like CUETools to split the FLAC image into individual tracks.

MB will select all files when you attempt to open the files with the tag editor.
I playlists and for playback they are treated as separate files and can be moved/ played individually
