After a CD is paused for some time, playback begins too soon

When a CD has been paused for a few minutes, rather than wait for the CD to complete its spin up and read, MusicBee tries to play it right away causing it to play the same ~0.5 second sound over about 4-5 times until new material is read/buffered.

This also happens with HDD's. I never considered this to be a bug (just bad behavior :-) but who knows, maybe it is...
It ís a bit annoying though so if this can be fixed that would be nice.

Sorry to revive this topic but I thought it would be better than creating a new one.

I don't know about CD's but I have this issue when my hard drive goes in standby. This is pretty annoying but it can also be bad for the speakers. Would there be a way to fix this behavior?
