cd ripping problem / skipping first track?

Hello,
  Lately Musicbee has not been ripping the first track and leaving blank space, I am ripping to flac and when I rip the cd the first track says encoding then goes to ripping the 2nd track? Al the cds play fine on their own and I have been able to rip many cd's no problem but this just started happening about a week ago, running windows 10 and Musicbee v3.0. Any ideas would be appreciated.

just wanted to follow up and say a complete uninstall and reinstall of musicbee seems to have taken care of the problem, had to delete app data, settings etc.
