I recently had to chnage my motherboard and dump one of my drives, the one where I had my music.
However I had it all backed up and now have it on a different drive.
MusicBee keeps listing the music on my old drive and no matter how many times I install and reinstall it keeps the music as it was before and cannot find the new drive. So, I can't play anything.
Any advice?

if I understand you correctly:
You still have the “old” library
All music resides on a different drive
Hence the library points to the wrong drive

Try
File > Library > remap music folders

Thank you but it does not work.
The "remapping" takes a fraction of a second but actually does not do anything.
I just wish I could just clear everything and have it find the files anew.

It is rather frustrating so I have to get another software.
Maybe I am doing something wrong but I believe it should not be so complicated.

Thanks again

select all tracks in the library and right click/ Remove Files?
