MusicBrainz tagging - says track titles are incorrect but they are not.

I am going through my albums and reorganizing their folders.  At the same time I am making sure everything is tagged properly.

I have come across this problem where MusicBrainz says the titles are wrong, marking them in red, but they are not.  If you see track 4 in my screenshot, they are identical.  As a test, I renamed the track title, saved, then typed the original name again, and saved.  I auto-tagged after that and it still shows red.  Why?

Also I noticed a lot of albums on MusicBrainz have ' as  ’ .  This is extremely annoying.  Why is it like this?

Probably it's about Unicode and ASCII punctuation character differences (e.g. ellipsis vs three dots). Musicbrainz seems to prefer Unicode punctuation for their style:

I want to be consistent with my tags, so in this case I am going to stick with the ASCII ' apostrophe/right quotation instead of the Unicode version.  I can't even get the Unicode characters to work on my computer.  I tried  Alt + 2019 and it makes = or doing Alt + 02019 makes ã

After reading the musicbrainz wiki I see they use many different types of dashes.  I noticed this problem when auto-tagging of my albums with a - .  How annoying.

Looks like their linked page for that character got it wrong. Its code is U+2019 but you need to type Alt 0146.

There are various ways and utilities for unicode input, but if you don't use them that often I find just copying the character from Wikipedia is the easiest.
And I don't use them for tags at all either for consistency.
