Steven,

is it possible to add a kernel streaming option to musicbee's output possibilities?
Several of the better soundcard manufacturers don't add native asio to their latest drivers (cantatis, prodigy hd2 among others for the envy chip), thus kernel streaming is the way to go then to circumvent the dreaded k mixer in windows (xp).

Native support would be great, as i've preferred music bee's asio to winamp's otachan asio plugin in the past. However, the possibility to add a kernel streaming plugin to music bee would indeed help out a lot as well.

Kind regards

MusicBee uses the BASS library. AFAIK, it does not support Kernel Streaming

Have you tried Asio4All? It bypasses Kmixer

Thanks, i didn't know native kernel streaming wasn't compatible with music bee. Have tried asio4all once again and this time succeeded. I know it's also kernel streaming, so it's fine. Thanks again!
