I'm trying to copy & paste a superscript character into a tag, but it gets rendered as a regular character on MusicBee's end.  I've tried copying from Chrome and from Word.  Any ideas?

What's the character? It probably needs some kind of markup which won't work in the metadata and will only be pasted as an ordinary character.

It's just a superscript 6 (⁶) - MB can handle unicode in tags, so there's no reason it shouldn't be able to do a superscript or subscript.  But the source I'm copying from may not be transferring the necessary info.

Edit: Ha!  It worked when I used that specific unicode version.  Problem partly solved.  Although it would be nice if MB had a way to interpret superscript and subscript from other formats and convert them as necessary.

Hmm, yeah unicode should be fine. I just tested it in 3.0.6146 and it worked fine. Might be a 3.1 bug.

psychoadept, superscripts can be used using markup or special unicode chars, it depends on the source of copying. mb can't convert markup to unicode automatically in general case.
