When I manually convert a song, there is an option: "Resample to 44,1kHz". It is very usefull when I copy my files to a portable device.
However, in sync settings, in on-the-fly conversion preferences, that option is missing, so some files cannot be converted by neroAacEnc.exe which cannot convert files with sample rate higher than 96kHz. Also more memory is wasted for the quality that cannot be heard on a portable music player.
