Error with search box

I keep getting this error report while trying to use the search box, so I'm reporting it here.

the error relates to the edit text box used when editing tags directly in the main panel.
But i dont know what you are doing that triggers this error. If you can recall the steps you did after editing tags in the main panel and using the search box then that might help me
