I was listening to some music today, when suddenly my musicbee crashed.  I went to restart the program, and my theme and everything had reset.  Then is crashed again.  So i restarted my pc, and launched MusicBee again, and it gave me a corruption error.  Not a big deal, except all my custom playlists were in there....  And now, all the files inside my MusicBee Directory are gone!?  Why would they disappear?  I cant open musicbee because now there are literally no files or folders in the MusicBee Directory?  How can i get them back??  Why would it delete itself?

it doesnt. I would say your computer is failing and you should raise these sort of questions on a windows forum.
Another possiblity is your security software is doing something. If you are using Avast with the deepscan feature enabled then that is known to cause issues with MusicBee
