Duplicates after sync and what's Renaming File?

I just started using Musicbee. Great so far with some small weird things I don't understand. Why are some of my files renamed when I sync? It ends up creating a duplicate file after I sync. Sometimes it copies a song that's already on my phone and again there's  a duplicate after I sync. How do I prevent this?

I'm having this issue and cannot find help. It's ridiculous.

For renaming issues, check your settings under: Preferences > Devices > Your device under "known devices" > Settings > Media storage

As for dupes, I sync off autoplaylists (syncing only songs rated >= 4 stars) and I haven't seen any dupes unless my playlists contain them.
