I use a voice recorder which saves files to WAV format. In the app, Digital WavePlayer, of the voice recorder there are a view columns whit information about the date. There is a colum with the transfer date (the date I transfered the file to my computer) and there is a colum with the recorddate. The filedate on my computer beccomes the transferdate as date. If I look in MB at this file, I can see the transfer date in one of the date tags. But I can't find the recorddate anywhere. Where is this recorddate put in? How can I see the contents of ALL tags to find the recorddate?

Open the tag inspector from within the tag editor.  it will show you all the tags that musicbee finds.  Then you may need to link up the field as a custom tag: http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/Custom_Tags

there is no tagging standard for wav files. yes, there are some common considerations for *some* tags, but even they are not a kind of official standard.
