When outputting to a UPNP device,
1. spectrum visualizer doesn't work.
2. playback positon is not resumed on startup.

Are they intentional or just bugs?

MB:3.0.6137, OS:Win10 Anniversary update

    1. thats right, the output is handled by the device and not MusicBee so MB doesnt have access to the current spectrum data
    2. it would be probably possible to do something for this but i wont make any changes to fix it
