Silences between two pieces

hi,
I am a strong MusicBee Software user. With my partner we animate balls and MusicBee became our important tool to disseminate the playlist. We use the parameter to remove the silences before and end pieces and add three seconds of silence between the two pieces. We find that on some tracks, MusicBee does not apply this setting and the pieces keep coming without silence. Would you have an idea for solving this phenomenon? Thanks a lot for your help.

I have the same issue.
It happends when 2 following tracks have very different bitrate or format ( flac, mp3). It is VERY annoying when TJDaying...
