Album Artwork Not being saved

Hello,

I am new to both MusicBee, and to this forum.

I try to figure out how to save the album artwork.
I paste the album art work to each song with, I check the boxes for:
- embed the picture in the music file
- link the picture to the music track
- save to folder.jpg

It seems to work, but after a few days/weeks SOME of the images are gone.

Is there any straight-forward way to make sure all the albums have their artwork?

I appreciate any help.

Hi, welcome to the forum!

Could you post a screenshot of your Tags (1) preferences?  It may be that your retrieval settings don't match where you're saving the pictures.
