My attempt to sync one playlist to a Creative ZEN MX fails with "Unable to find the specifed file". http://i.imgur.com/pSX6f1P.png

MusicBee doesn't say whether that file is the copy in the library or the copy on the device, but in case it is the latter, I repeated having first manually sent the files http://i.imgur.com/Dz0cOUU.png and verified http://i.imgur.com/yRvCQlL.png . Same fail.

I was using "(*) preserve folders and filenames" http://i.imgur.com/FwMkDTx.png so on a guess I tried instead "(*) use naming template" http://i.imgur.com/MZj1jxO.png . Same fail.

The library file location is S:\TLIB distribution\Lizzie ZENs\content\Dance\00743214129128-1-3.wma

Any ideas? Thanks.

Workaround discovered. Set "music files" to H:\Music\<Filename> http://i.imgur.com/Ud30W37.png .

I am guessing this means the default setting http://i.imgur.com/MZj1jxO.png fails to validate the metadata on which it relies

In case it helps the Dev make a fix, here's the metadata for this file, from Mp3tag http://i.imgur.com/08mbg7a.png and dBpoweramp http://i.imgur.com/r5ZjLXV.png
