Last.fm Synchronise Play Count

I have enabled the option to 'synchronise Play Count' with last.fm, under Preferences>Plugins. However it simply doesn't work. Not play counts are synced from last.fm to MusicBee. Scrobbles the normal way work fine.

Is there something I've done wrong?

Try Ctrl+Shift+S
That should be the preset hotkey for Tools: Synchronise Play Count to LastFM

Sorry for the really late reply; I forget I don't get notifications for this forum.

The shortcut doesn't seem to do anything for me, I can't see it in the hotkey settings either
