Is it possible to share playlists among users?

Basically I have a lot of music on a shared drive that a few people are using on different computers, is it possible to make a playlist that another person can also see and add tracks they want?

Sure, you can point them all to the same playlist folder if it's also on the shared drive. Look in Preferences > Library.

Just beware that two people making changes to the same playlist at about the same time could cause problems.  Good idea to keep backups.
