Artwork tagging tool?

Is there a tool? plugin? or something that can add the option to bulk tag images? More specifically....

1-remove any embeded images
2-link to the location of the album image (album artist\album\folder.jpg)
3-link to the location of the media label (album artist\album\cdart.png)
4-link to the image of the artist/band (album artist\folder.jpg)

or atleast one step at a time...

you can do this one via Preferences/ Tags(1)/ Set Retrieval Filter - then tick folder.jpg and then "Rescan Artistwork"
2-link to the location of the album image (album artist\album\folder.jpg)
