iPod Touch version 3.1.3

Any chance we will be able to read/sync to firmware version 3.1.3 on our iPod Touches with Music Bee? That is where my ipod is stuck at ...

Also, I was kind of mislead into thinking that I needed to update my ipod firmware because it refused to sync, but comparing my firmware version (3.1.3) with what MusicBee is compatible with (3.1.1) showed me that I had upgraded too far ...

every firmware upgrade apple does these days does something to cause problems for third parties as they really really want you to be using iTunes.
I'm using a library from another developer for the itunes synching.
He has said he is working on another version but based on past experience of late it could be some time before its released

Wondering if there's been any progress on syncing to iPod Touch 3.1.3 ?   (I'm actually at 3.1.2, so that would be OK too)

Been using MB for about two weeks, and it's quite refreshing compared to iTunes, so *really* hoping I can stay with it, but getting some music synced over to my iPod Touch in a reasonably easy way would sure be nice.
