Author Topic: [Fixed] Wrong tags when mixed ID3v1 & ID3v2?  (Read 2914 times)

So I have this weird experience where I have some mp3s with some messy tags: the artist is picked up from the track number. and the track title is composed out of the artist and title tags!?


And tag inspector shows what's going on:

    was that file scanned using v2.5.5804
    if not right click/ send to/ rescan file and see if its corrected
    if its still wrong can you PM me a link to the file

      It was scanned by an older version. Rescan did the trick.
