Won't save ratings on some music

I have Windows 8.
Some of the music file are returning errors when I try to rate the music.  It would be nice if MusicBee would open that directory but it does not.

I have tried editing the permissions but not had success with that.  Is there something I can do to permanently get rid of the problem?

And what directory is it that you would like MB to open?
