Copy playlists to new computer

 I spent hours setting up playlists on my desktop and copied them to a laptop. Both use v2.5, on Windows. The two computers cannot connect so there is no way to sync that I know of. The desktop playlists point to a library D:\Music, but the library on the laptop is C:\Music, so the playlists don't show.  Is there a way to export or copy playlists from desktop to laptop? Or perhaps to edit the paths in the playlists?

You can remap the file paths in exported playlists. 
Edit > Preferences > Library > Playlists > map base file paths in exported playlists
