reduce shuffle (or Auto-DJ) selection pct chance by x%

So let's say you have an artist you want to hear occasionally, but not as often as normal.

idea: on the settings tab, you currently have 'exclude from playback' (full ban, or shuffle only).

what about a slider or input box for reducing the percentage chance a given song (or artist) is selected by Auto-DJ or shuffle/random mode?

e.g. reduce the chance of selection by x%

You can probably use a playlist mixer to fine-tune how often a particular artist is selected.  Someone else will have to advise you on specifics, though.  I'm not experienced with playlist mixers.
