My computer did an auto Windows update this morning. When it was complete, I went to open MusicBee and it was as if I had never done anything w/ MusicBee before. All of the music and artwork was gone and all of my preferences gone. I had moved my library from my SD drive to my SATA drive. Any ideas on what to do to get my music files back in Musicbee while keeping them in the current location? I tried to go into preferences to "move library" unfortunately, new library folder must be empty.

1) Did you move your library from within MB, or by using Windows Explorer?  If you moved via Explorer, of course MB won't know where the files are.
2) Can you see the files using Windows Explorer?
3) Have you tried adding the files to the library?  File > Add Files to Library

Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

my guess is you have your library and/or music files located in a sub-folder of "My Music" and now for some reason you are logged in as a different user or somehow windows has reset your user account so its now a different directory.
You could try checking the folders in c:\users\ and drilling down from there
