In my library, I have both Boys and THE Boys (different bands). Now these are displayed as shown below - with 15 entries each.

I can confirm it happens


"The Pointer Sisters" when they where a quintet/quartet (2 albums total).
"Pointer Sisters" when they where a trio (4 albums total).

I always assumed it was to do with having "The" as an ignore word for sorting and would be a bit of a problem to fix.

that should be fixed for the next v2.5 update. I cant reproduce the other issue you reported though. Perhaps its related but if it stll happens can you post a screenshot. I will post an updated musicbee link later

unzip and replace the existing musicbee files.
If the other problem still happens then can you PM me a link to your settings (help/ support/ view settings)

Exactly the same problem has reappeared in version 3.0.6073.

Yes, it's happening with the latest patch dated 2016-08-18 12:17.
