GUI changes for v3.0

I noticed a bug. When removing a song from the bottom or middle part of a playlist, the view automatically goes to the top of the playlist.

i expect you had the plugin disabled, or downloaded it from the plugins page. In any case, re-download the web-browser plugin link posted above and before starting MB, delete "WebBrowserSettings.dat" which will be in the MusicBee\AppData folder

The SearchBoxSplitter that indicates that you can, and where you can drag to resize the search field is currently not displayed in v3.
I would like to see it back, respecting the skin setting.
On my setup, the mouse pointer changes into the resize icon on the search field edge, but resizing is not possible, nothing happens when I click and try to drag to resize the item.

its not possible to resize the search box when docked in the caption bar. I will change it so no cursor displays in that setup

Speaking of the column browser, is this a bug?
When I select an artist in the left column no tracks are displayed in the main panel.
In order to get tracks to appear I have to click an entry in the right column.

by chance i discovered the same bug yesterday after i posted the last update. It should be fixed for the next update

that many of the displayed entries are shown twice or more.

that many of the displayed entries are shown twice or more.
(this doesn't occur in v2.5)

i find that surprising. Could you post a screenshot as that might give some clues. Also i might need your settings file

I edited my previous post: it also occurs in v2.5.

It currently doesn't show any releases in both v2.5 and v3:
it just shows "Loading..." but then doesn't show any releases. (though the site https://musicbrainz.org/ opens ok in my browser)

Yes, perfectly.

But just to be sure,  that's a whole different lay-out also isn't it?
When I click 'docked', it spreads over the whole width of my screen, and is much smaller in height than when it is not docked.

right click on the player when not docked/ Panel Layout and change it to narrow layout. Thats the layout i want to know whether it works
