2 probables bugs (maybe already reported. Sorry if they are):
 - rating a track doesn't update the Album Rating ("store ratings in the music file" unticked, "auto-calculate album rating" ticked). Sometimes Pressing F5 works, but usually, have to restart MB.
 - dunno if it's intended, but we can't expand the right sidebar in Now Playing tab (Theater Mode). Only the header appears (think this one was already reported, not sure)
the first is fixed for the next update. The second should already be fixed from the other day. If you are using yesterday's version then send me a link to your settings file (help/ support/ view settings)

Hi..
below is how i used musicbee but im not able to increase or decrease the height of TRACK INFORMATION panel.it can't be dragged up or downward.

Hello user73,

The link you gave in your post is not a screenshot, but a link to some screenshot software.
It seems safe, but there is 1 antivirus product that marks it as suspicious.
Therefore I made the decision to remove your post.

Please repost your message with the correct content so we can help you.

the artist picture element is a fixed size depending on the width of the panel its docked in and hence you cant change the height of the track info panel. So you either need to narrow the right panel or increase the height of the whole muicbee window

Slightly related to this:
If you use user73's layout, and then add the lyrics panel on top of the artist panel, you would expect you would be able to drag the position of the Artist panel by grabbing the top border of that panel.
But that won't work. But it does when you grab the bottom border of the Artist panel to do that.

And another funny discovery when trying this, that same artist panel got transparent at a certain moment:

the resizing behavior should be addressed for the next update. No idea about the temporary transparency

No problem at all. It was an incident, and probably related to my beginning-to-get-ancient on-board ATI graphics.

Just wondering two small things:

1. With the thumbnail browser, is there any setting available to remove the number of albums displayed under every artist, genre etc? Basically like how you can remove the same for the column browser?

2. I was under the impression artists and albums artwork were now separate views in that you could now hide panel elements for each one. I had hidden column browser for artists but when I use Album artwork, the column browser is now also hidden.

Shouldn't the External Audio Editor field in Tools have a [...] button?'

Edit: some graphical issues in that screen, too.  125% magnification, Win 10 style.

No, it has an auto dj image.  Maybe it's an issue with the sidebar player?  Here's a GIF: http://imgur.com/kYtDO79

This is fixed now, thanks.

I noticed a couple visual glitches while using the grouping feature, specifically grouped by album covers.

First glitch is shown in this picture. Selecting albums with SHIFT from top to bottom will also select blank space as if albums were there.

Second glitch is harder to demonstrate. Re-sizing the main window (at least horizontally) results in album covers flashing up for an instant in blank spaces, seemingly at random. Not really a problem, just looks a bit weird.

Edit: It also occurs to me that grouping by decade is currently limited to one direction only, oldest to newest.

make sure the 1st field in the sort is Year or Year (yyyy) and set the Sort order to descending

the selection issue is fixed, the resizing issue i have found and fixed a bug - its probably the same but i wasnt able to reproduce the reported issue as you describe
