With the latest update,  in "NP" with playlist selected, I cannot find any sorting options.  It seems like it automatically sorts to shuffeled tracs when shuffeled is enabled.  Here's a screen

the now playing list whether its in the main panel or in the right sidebar reflects the order tracks have been added for playback.
Shuffle doesnt affect the display order. I am guessing you used "Play Library Shuffled" or an auto-playlist to create the now playing list.
As with when displayed in the right sidebar, the display order can be changed by clicking a column header but that shouldnt affect the playback order

Yes, added entire library to NP with "Play Library Shuffled". In previous versions there was a sort option when right clicking the column header (NP main panel), but that option is gone.

If you have the Spectrum visualizer or the Wavebar located above e.g. the Lyrics panel in the right sidebar, you can not resize the Lyrics panel anymore.

Under Set retrieval filter, there is a duplicate entry for Folder.jpg.
Tags(1) > artwork storage
Under Set retrieval filter, there is a duplicate entry for Folder.jpg. It came into existence after selecting the first entry. When I select both the normal and the duplicate entry and save, it doesn't keep this setting, only one entry turns out to be selected after reopening the retrieval filter. The dupe does not show in the Album cover search rules window either.
thats fixed for the next update

Thank you! The latest patch fixed the first problem also.

MB applies the changes to media files (flac, ape... etc) but does not change the cue file.
cue > Auto-Tag by Album > Applay tags;
The result; In "playing tracks" and "Library" will show MB change, open the "Edit cuesheet" and make sure the changes are not applied.
Sorry for my bad English.
