5469 Suggestion: choice of install location

I think it would be good if the installer let the use set the program location rather than refuse to continue thus: http://i.imgur.com/rdsgIJB.png

You're installing a beta that's meant to be installed over the top of an existing installation. You therefore can't choose where to install it as it doesn't include every needed file. If you want to choose the location, wait until the full release comes out.

Actually I can choose where to install - by the workaround method given in the dialog.

I see no reason why the installer itself can't provide the means.
