Android and the song ratings

When I send music to my android phone, Poweramp doesn't recognize the song ratings.
In MusicBee settings "Store ratings in the music file" is enabled and "2 way sync" is also activated.

I'd guess it's because there is no agreed upon/standard way for storing ratings in tags and every program seems to do it slightly differently.

This has been raised many times before and MusicBee has often been updated for compatibility with other desktop programs. Compatibility with mobile devices will surely be less predictable.
