Folder Organization

This is probably really obvious and I'm missing something... Rather than music explorer organizing by the artists tags, albums, etc. How do I organize by a directory like c:music/artists/albums where the artists(and picture) are shown by the artists folder rather than the artists tags? Foobar seemed really simple in this sense.
