Thumbnail browser to the right

I'd like to be able to put the thumbnail browser either to the right of the files panel, or in the right side bar. Is it possible? (maybe I just missed an option to do it)

No, not possible currently. If you select any element on the panel arrangement dialog, it will show where it could go.
