Add song to Library if I add it in the library's folder

Hi guys
I have a problem: how can i do that when I add a song directly into the library's folder, MB will add it into the library?
Is it possible? Can someone tell me how?

Add the folder to monitored folders in Preferences> library.  You can tell it what to do with new tracks, too.

the problem is:
I have my music uploaded on mega, so on my main pc if i add,delete or change something in a song, it happen on the cloud too.
on my second pc instead there are always problems when MB find a modified or deleted song
