Synchronising music FROM a device

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to import music into the MusicBee library from a mobile device (e.g. an MTP device)?

I have my main music library at home which I sync to my Android device with MusicBee, but I would like to then synchronise the device with my work computer copying any new tracks into its MusicBee database.

The option to 'Copy to Library' for tracks on the device is deactivated. Is there another way of doing this?
