left sidebar: touch scroll

i just bought a microsoft surface pro 3 - MB flows wonderfully on this thing :-)

WISH: this works: scrolling up n down with one finger in the song-area (middle "bar" w/ titel, album etc)

this doesnt work: scrolling with touch on LEFT PANEL. or is this a bug?

TOUCH-BUG?: sometimes the scroll-bar on the  left panel works fine, sometimes not at all.
any idea? mayn thx!

I have the same problem on my laptop, though I don't use the touch part as much. So it's not really a big problem for me.
