Hi, when i connect my HTC One M8 to my computer it shows up in my computer as connected but not music bee. Is there something i need to do first ?

tick "detect MTP devices" in the Devices preferences

tick "detect MTP devices" in the Devices preferences

Side note: to get to preferences, use CTRL+O, then 'Devices' is on the left hand menu near the bottom.
