My security app, much to my surprise, reports the executable "musicbee.exe" (v2.4.5280):

"Detected program recording keyboard input"

False positive or something to worry about? Any idea why this is happening? Course of action?

Thanks.

Thanks, Underneath. Is this verifiable? I started using 360 very recently. Have you been using 360 for long? Your appraisal, please?

Good. I use it employing both the Bitdefender and Avira engines. So far so good.

MB uses global keyboard hook handling to detect media keys and for winamp visualisers. You can probably disable MB for that keyboard handling with this app without any general effect other than stated but of course depends how it does the blocking.
Having said that, this is very common keyboard functionality and i do think the tool might be scaring people just a little too much
