Auto Change Rating of Skipped Songs

i would love to see the ability to decrease the rating of a song by half a star exch time the skip count is increased by 2. I could probably do this through the API myself, but I just read about the API and wanted to see if the dev team could look into this first. If not, I'll look into it on my end.

Please advise.

I can't speak for Steven (who is all of the dev team), but this sounds like a perfect candidate for a plugin.
