Enlarge playlist selection pane in Preferences > Auto Sync

Could this pane be modified somehow? It is not easy to be scrolled if you have 40 playlists or more. Maybe a possibility to enlarge it at the expense of the podcast field?

Syncing a folder results in an unnamed playlist, at least it did for me.  It would be nice to be able to sync a folder as a playlist, I agree.
