MusicBee Library, access from WinRT app?

I need a player just for playing music (yes, like Theater mode).
It should have access to my MusicBee library, so I can pick preconfigured playlists (autoplaylists, radio-playlists).
I'm not programmer, so just wondering, if it physically possible to create such an app for MetroUI.
I don't mean WinRT, just a player for good ol' Windows 8 on a computer where MusicBee is installed.

for a start the bass music library doesnt support WinRT. But in any case i dont have the available time to do anything more than the standard windows version
