Some of my tracks show up with a blank name and artist. Do I have to tag each and every one of them or is there a way to view them by filenames?

Right click on any column, go to other fields and you should see filename there.
You can also try the auto tag feature. Go to tools, tagging tools, auto-tag by tack, update tags from filenames.

Sometimes I will try to use that auto tag feature but when I press preview it just says "no changes".

Are you changing the template to match your File naming system?
