First I want to say that this player is the best of all out there. As a foobar2000 user, until now, I love MusicBee.

You can take last.fm pages in the player. Can't you put Youtube pages in there the same way?

In prefs -> layout(1) -> main panel there is a checkbox 'show playing track panel on bottom pane'
If you enable that, you should now see the pane with the a header containing choices like: details | last.fm | wikipeadia
(If you don't see the pane open right away, look at the bottom right corner of the main pane, and click the up arrow).
Right-click on the 'playing track panel' header -> customise panel settings -> displayed tabs
YouTube should be one of the choices. If not, you can type the following into one of the blank fields:
Code
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=<Artist>

I don't use this feature though, because I couldn't work out how to install AdBlockPlus into the MusicBee browser.
I'd rather fire-up my main browser than be annoyed by adverts.

Why did you use the 'question' emoticon? Did you envisage that YouTube integration would work in another way?
If you explain your idea in more detail, Steven may like it and decide to implement it.

Its a bit complicated and robust option. I was thinking of something a bit simpler. A button (unrelated to the actual track) at the size of the Last FM one, that would open a new tab in the entire player, with a virtual youtube page. Or maybe a youtube player. This way the user would have access to an outside source of music from his player, and even ( with a smart option ) listen it under his own equalizer.
But the most important thing would be that this option should be completely shut down before using the certain button.  This way the basic player would remain the same. Youtube incorporation would have a massive effect over resource consumption if it would be there all time.

Ok. Just got a little flashlight in my brain. http://grooveshark.com . Use grooveshark if not youtube. This would be better, yet less popular. Or, to be extremely 'awesome', use both.

I was a bit childish here. I hope you understand my idea. Let the player give you music beyond what you already have!
Regarding AdBlock, if the page is related to IE, you can take the add-on/plug in for it from good old google.

It's an great point with Grooveshark.

After testing the html5 version of the Grooveshark site in IE, I added a new tab pointing to
Code
http://html5.grooveshark.com/#!/search/<artist>

However, the site fails to render in MB but renders fine in IE normally.

Also, I would add it to external tools, but i've used the 3 available slots.

Can't win.

Grooveshark is overpowered. By all means, in this new era where there is constant need for new music... something like this could change the way media players are developing.
