Mark current track in Library Explorer

Maybe this can be done already although I could not find such an option:

I think it would be useful if the currently running artist, album and track would be marked with a small icon or highlited in the library explorer (the panel on the left side).
It would be a lot easier to find the current track in the library explorer.

If this is possible already I would appreciate if someone could show me how this can be done.

Do you the folders in the My Computer Node? Wouldn't that really slow down the system by dynamically changing it always. ?

No, I mean the Library Explorer.

Instead of the underlined track title the text could be in another color. I think this would not slow down the system and would be user friendly.
